DYAS, L.L.C. evolved from Commodity Marketing, Inc. established in 1992 to acquire and develop primarily ‘in-fill’ sites along the Eastern Shore. Coining ‘Commodity Marketing’ because each site for development is viewed as “short”, for there is only one of any parcel and its’ ultimate use is typically determined by ascertaining its’ highest and best use while considering its’ environment. The name was later changed to ‘DYAS, L.L.C.’ for recognition, and memory. . . .
